FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

EROSION CONTROL/HYDROSEEDING

Pay: $21.85 - $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Erosion Control / Hydroseeding Technician to operate hydroseeding equipment, install erosion control materials, and support general site operations. This position requires a valid CDL Class A or B and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Experience in erosion control or landscaping is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to travel to different job sites
• Dependable and punctual

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
• Early morning start times
• Overtime may be required during busy season

PICKER/PACKER

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are handled safely, orders are fulfilled correctly, and shipments are ready for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from shelves or storage locations based on order sheets or handheld scanners

• Verify product information, quantities, and quality

• Label packages clearly and accurately for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized systems

This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including ductwork, pipe systems, and structural components, utilizing advanced welding methods and fabrication tools.

Duties:

• Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and welding on a variety of materials including sheet metal, pipe, and structural steel.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute rigging tasks such as crane operation and rigging to position materials accurately for welding or assembly.
• Measure components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Fabricate components for construction projects such as ductwork, piping systems, or structural frameworks in accordance with ASME codes & standards.
• Assist with machining tasks like pipe threading or soldering when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and troubleshoot issues during fabrication processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction site environments or manufacturing facilities involving welding operations.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), plasma cutting, and <LOCATION> welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes including pipe threading, assembly, machining, and soldering.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, forklift operation (preferred), and rigging equipment.
