We are seeking a motivated and experienced Erosion Control / Hydroseeding Technician to operate hydroseeding equipment, install erosion control materials, and support general site operations. This position requires a valid CDL Class A or B and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A or B (Required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Experience in erosion control or landscaping is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to travel to different job sites

Schedule:

PICKER/PACKER
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are handled safely, orders are fulfilled correctly, and shipments are ready for timely delivery.

Duties:
- Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and welding on a variety of materials including sheet metal, pipe, and structural steel.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute rigging tasks such as crane operation and rigging to position materials accurately for welding or assembly.
- Measure components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Fabricate components for construction projects such as ductwork, piping systems, or structural frameworks in accordance with ASME codes & standards.
- Assist with machining tasks like pipe threading or soldering when required.

Requirements:
