It is hard to believe that we are almost a month into the new year. So much has taken place already this year. We are taking great strides in becoming the best Staffing Agency in Topeka. This year we are breaking out new strategies to reach even more great people. From newsletters to social media marketing we want to find out what your needs are and how we can help to meet them.

Meet Joshua Enz Kwik Staff’s Business Development Manager and father of 6 crazy kids.
When did you start working for Kwik Staff? I Started working for Kwik Staff in April of 2018.
What about Kwik Staff interested you applying? I was actually referred to Kwik Staff by my realtor, who knew Todd. He told me that it was a great company with high standards and felt I would enjoy the type of work that they had. I actually applied for a temp position with them. When Todd called me back he asked if I was looking for a full time office position. I told him Yes I was, and would like to interview with him for the position. I accepted the spot and the rest is history.
What set of skills do you add to Kwik Staff to be a part of the core staff? My diverse work background allows me to bring a different perspective than some of the other staff. I have worked mainly in production and management but have a passion for marketing and business development. I really enjoy the freedom to develop and publish our social media ads as well as our newsletters.
What do you enjoy most about working for Kwik Staff? I love the fact that no two days are the same. There is always something to do to challenge myself to be better and do more each day. I love the fact that everyone in the office brings something to the table and our strengths complement each other.
Since you have worked here for almost 2 years now, has Kwik Staff met your expectations as a company and how? This is an interesting question. I did not know what to really expect when I first interviewed here. Now I am in a business development role that allows me the freedom of marketing and advertising. They have completely blown my expectations out the window. I really enjoy what I do and coming to work each day.
What inspires you to continue to work every day to improve yourself and Kwik Staff? Really the staff themselves. I enjoy working in this office; there is never a dull moment. I constantly have a chance to grow myself not only in my office position but as a person as well. Todd does not allow us to stay where we are at and wants us to continually grow and move forward.
What do you see yourself doing in 5-10 years for Kwik Staff? I really see myself moving forward in my role in business development and running and directing multiple staff to complete all the daily postings as well as job placement that has become part of my daily task. As Kwik Staff continues to grow being able to assess the job market and adapt to that change is going to be the key that allows us to stay a step ahead of everyone else

We want to be the change.
Everyone talks about the need to change in order to grow. We want to be that change. This year we are looking to not only know who our customers are but exactly what they need on a daily basis. The industry is changing, and we are changing right along with it. In order to adapt we need to first recognize that there is a need and then make a dynamic change in order to meet that need. Nothing in life is easy but at least we can help one another shoulder that burden. Let us know how we can be your change this year.
Seasonal Labor
As I write this it is currently nice outside, but we do live in Kansas, and as we know, the weather here is about as predictable as the wind. This is just a friendly reminder that we can provide for your winter needs as well as your summer ones. We offer snow shoveling and removal services at reasonable cost to you. If you are in need of some additional hands after a large snowfall feel free to give us a call. We would love to help you with that.
