An Interview with Justin Wall
Why did you start working at Kwik Staff?
Justin: I started working for Kwik Staff when it opened in 2016. I worked under the current owner, Todd, at a previous staffing agency. I knew we could do great things with this company. I felt like this was a company I can work the rest of my life with.
Where do you see yourself with this company in 10 years?
Justin: I am currently the sales manager for Kwik Staff. I absolutely love my position within the company. I like to set goals and strive to reach the goals I place. Todd and I discuss my goals and his expectations for me. In 10 years, I see myself helping expand Kwik Staff into different areas around Kansas and beyond. Once the other offices are established. I would like to be in charge of direct sales for the entire region.
If you could have any job in the World what would it be? Why?
Justin: Honestly, when I was younger, I always wanted to own my own business. It is always an option, but I am satisfied and happy to continue working for Kwik Staff. I would however, like to train dogs in my spare time. Dogs have a way of bringing a smile to peoples’ faces, I have always found that special.
What do you love most about Kwik Staff’s work environment?
I enjoy working as a team with the rest of my Co-workers. We really do work well with each other. I enjoy hearing many employees coming back in and telling us that we truly helped them out when they needed it. Many employees find a permanent position through us. Some employees have even received a supervisor role within the company we placed them at. It really feels good to know that we treat our employees the way they deserve to be treated.
