Looking to better serve you: Kwik Staff is out growing our current space. We have gotten to the point where the office is filled to capacity.. We are currently looking for a new larger space to purchase. We need more office space to accommodate our growing office staff as well as a larger dispatch area so we can get more workers out to our great customers. This is a great problem to have and we owe it all to you.
We want to say thank you to our current customers for your continued business and referrals. We appreciate all that you do. We would love to hear from you. With all of the staffing companies out there what sets Kwik Staff apart?
Todd: The biggest thing is the fact that we are a daily payroll company, and in that aspect we are set up differently from some of our competition. However, it is a very competitive market so we have had to work harder, and provide better customer service to our clients so that they know that they can trust us not only with there staffing needs but also with there business itself at times. We give our clients a reason to believe in us and know that we have their backs. It helped that I had already built several good relationships with some of our customers. Because people already knew that I was trustworthy and had the proven myself to be accountable it was easier for them to believe that we would help them with their needs. We have integrity and the knowledge to back that up.
Where do you see Kwik Staff in the next 5 to 10 years?
Todd: In Topeka over the next 5 years our corporate office will grow in size, and I see us opening up several smaller offices in other cities throughout Kansas. In the next 10 years I see us looking to expand into some of the surrounding states, and open multiple locations to provide the best staffing possible to our customers and clients. Just growing the business even if it is baby steps at first is our main focus and goal. The rest will happen as a result of continual growth and great customer service.
What is your favorite part about owning your own business?
Todd: Just being my own boss. Knowing that my future and my successes are based off of what I do. That my fate is in my own hands.
So now that you own and operate your own business, what’s next?
Todd: Now that I own my own business, my goal is to succeed at the highest level I can. It is to provide the best staffing solutions to other businesses in need. Not to only provide these services but to do it with the utmost professionalism, integrity, determination and knowledge possible. I look to provide the right amount of employees’ needed for every aspect of each customers business. I want to continue to be the best at what we do no matter how big we get. We strive to do things the right way the first time, every time.
